PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF ART. 13 and 14 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 - GDPR (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)
Dear Customer,
pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR - EU REGULATION 2016/679 (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, below TU), and in relation to personal data of which the ITC - International Trading Company (hereinafter referred to as Treatment) will come into your possession, we inform you of the following:
1. Purposes of data processing.
The treatment is aimed only at the correct and complete execution of the activity of the Data Controller and the fulfillment of contracts concluded with it.
2. Methods of data processing.
a) The treatment is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated by the GDPR (Article 4 paragraph 1 letter to TU): collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection , block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
b) Operations can be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools.
c) The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or the persons in charge of the treatment.
d) Processing does not include automated decision making.
3. Provision of data.
The provision of common and sensitive personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1, as well as for the fulfillment of legal and public security obligations.
4. Refusal to provide data.
The data subject is not obliged to provide the data and may therefore refuse to provide the data.
Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in paragraph 3 will result in the impossibility of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
5. Communication of data.
Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
6. Dissemination of data.
Personal data are not subject to diffusion for purposes other than those referred to in point 1. The data may instead be disseminated, transmitted and made known to collaborators (employees and self-employed) of the Data Controller and other third parties who will participate or will be in contact with the activity concerning the service offered, including the customers of the Data Controller, exclusively for the purposes referred to in point 1. The Data Controller may also communicate personal data to third parties belonging to banking, financial, insurance and similar, authorities and supervisory and control bodies and in general subjects, public officials or persons in charge of public service, national and foreign judicial authorities, managers of IT and information services, in charge of IT maintenance and security, managers and persons in charge of archiving activities documentation and data entry, studies and companies in the context of assistance and consultancy reports a, subjects in charge of debt collection and in charge of customer management activities.
The data will be kept until the conclusion of the contracts and legal relationships for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, and in any case the conservation will be extended for a maximum of 15 years from the date of the provision of data.
7. Transfer of data abroad.
Personal data may be transferred abroad, both to European Union countries and to third countries with respect to the European Union, within the scope of the purposes referred to in point 1. At present there is no provision for transfer to countries for which there is no decision on the adequacy of the European Commission.
8. Rights of the interested party.
The GDPR - EU REGULATION 2016/679 (Article 7 TU) grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining from the holder confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their availability in intelligible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to access personal data, to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the holder has the right to object to the processing of data, to oppose data portability, to withdraw consent and to propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
